A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our New Martinsville-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in New Martinsville, WV is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
Experience matters here — a technician who's replaced a hundred water heaters spots the corroded shutoff valve or undersized gas line before it becomes a callback. That's the level of eye we send to every New Martinsville job.
Our trucks are stocked before they leave the yard each morning, not after a customer calls — common valves, wax rings, supply lines, and fittings ride along so a New Martinsville technician isn't making a parts-store run mid-repair.
These are the patterns our New Martinsville dispatchers hear about most right before a job turns into an emergency call.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in New Martinsville are resolved in a single visit.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a New Martinsville home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in New Martinsville, WV can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in New Martinsville, WV homes.
Rather than opening walls on a hunch, our technicians run listening equipment across the suspected line first, marking the leak within a foot or two before any cutting begins.
Whether it's a single kitchen faucet swap or a full bathroom remodel's worth of fixtures, our team handles the rough-in and finish work in one visit where possible.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.
